Emails
We only email you if you want us to. We do not send unsolicited emails. When you register your email address with us, if you choose to, you go on a list to receive email announcements about products, offers and promotions from us.
Every email message we send includes an email address to which you can respond. If at any time you decide you do not want to receive our emails, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter. If you unsubscribe you will continue to receive emails related specifically to your order.
Right to Use Site and Content
You may use this site only for the purposes for which it is provided. You must not use this site for fraudulent or other unlawful activity or otherwise do anything to damage or disrupt this site.
Content
We endeavour to ensure that any content will be current, accurate or complete when you access it. However any error or inaccuracy which is brought to our attention will be dealt with within a reasonable time.
This site may contain links to other websites owned and operated by third parties and which are not under the control of us. In relation to any linked sites we provide these as a convenience to you and the existence of such a link does not imply any endorsement by us of the linked site and we are not responsible for any material contained on those sites.
Gift Vouchers
Mitchell Sports Gift Vouchers are available to purchase in our store as well as online. To purchase a Gift Voucher on our website, choose the Gift Voucher amount that you wish to purchase then add it to your Shopping Cart. At this stage Mitchell Sports Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed in store.
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Additional terms and conditions may apply for certain products or services which may be available through this site and any such additional terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with these terms of use.
Pricing
The prices for the products listed on this site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, but not any delivery charges. We endeavour to ensure that all prices listed on this site are consistent with the prices offered at our store. Mitchell Sports reserves the right to amend or rectify any errors in pricing or product specification within 24 hours of being notified of it or after an order has been processed.
Risk
Mitchell Sports do not take any responsibility to the risk of any loss of, or damage to the products after dispatch from the store.
Payment
Payment types accepted are Visa, MasterCard.
At this stage we do not accept Gift Vouchers for online purchases.
Transactions will be billed in $NZ. You will need to submit your credit card details at the time your order is placed on the website, a confirmation email will then be sent to confirm the goods purchased and the value of your order.
Once the items in your order are in stock and are ready for dispatch, we will process payment for the goods (plus any delivery charges) using your nominated credit card. You authorize Mitchell Sports to debit the order value amount from your nominated credit card. The merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement will be ‘Mitchell Sports Limited’.
If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution, we will not be able to guarantee the delivery of the Goods, and may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled up until you have received a notification of dispatch, after this time the order will need to be treated as return. To cancel an order just contact us immediately with your order number and details.
